Description

The roll holder from KCC is the perfect helper for the clear organization of your film rolls and adhesive tapes. Car wrappers, advertising material manufacturers, ambitious hobbyists and DIY artists who work with cutting plotters are quickly faced with the problem of storing a large number of rolls. In a pile or in a box, it is difficult to keep an overview and the rolls are not stored optimally.

With the roll holders from KCC, you can organize flex films, textile films, plotter films, car films, adhesive tapes, transfer films, furniture films and vinyl films easily and clearly on the wall. You have an overview of your entire inventory, see all colors and materials and ensure optimal storage. You can react more quickly to new orders, save time, have an easier overview of supplies and your inventory and easily place reorders. You waste less leftovers, can serve customers more quickly and can therefore also achieve cost reductions.

The rolls can be removed from the holder or processed and unrolled directly from the roll holder. This enables you to further optimize your processes and discover further time and cost savings. The roll holder sets can easily be expanded with additional roll holders. The connecting elements to the next roll holder are already included in the set accessories. This means you can also expand your wall storage later and are flexible at any time if your inventory should grow. The roll holders are made of robust plastic and have a static load capacity of 5 kg per roll level.

Application example (accessories not included)

You can use the roll holder with wooden sticks, metal pipes, or with plastic pipes. In this example we use HT pipes (HTEM) DN50-1m (diameter 50 mm) pipes for our car wrap, tapes and transfer films. The HT pipes are available in your local hardware store (EU, Germany) for about 2.50€ per meter / per roll.

You can connect several roll holder sets on top of each other, as shown in the picture below.
